We finally made it to Mint Mark! What. A. Gem. This place was adorable and had the sweetest staff! It was recommended to us that we show up around 5pm instead of our standard 6pm due to the speed at which this joint fills up and boy were they right. Which is an amazing problem to have!

We finally made it to Mint Mark! What. A. Gem. This place was adorable and had the sweetest staff! It was recommended to us that we show up around 5pm instead of our standard 6pm due to the speed at which this joint fills up and boy were they right. Which is an amazing problem to have!
To start, the bartenders could not have been kinder or more knowledgeable. They were all so enthusiastic and they were just as happy to make a mocktail as a cocktail, which is our love language. They had Bridget at the Trinidad Sour, she loves a good rum and they had Katy with the Linnie’s Line, which had a lovely NA gin in it. We tried a couple of others and were at no point disappointed. Just perfectly crafted drinks, and folks who clearly took great pride in their work. We couldn’t have been more impressed.
Of course its not really about the food, but this place has THE BEST SALAD WE HAVE EVER HAD….EVER. The biscuit was incredible and their pasta dishes should not be missed. We also heard that their skillet cookie is fabulous, but unfortunately we couldn’t find room after all the other delicious food and drinks.
We would recommend this place, immediately, to everyone. This joint treats everyone the same, which is just so thrilling every time it happens – we really never get over it when someone gets it so right. We smile just thinking about it.
Drinks: Almost perfect (we just wish that they had a legit non-alcoholic beer, this likely would have kept us there spending dollar bills even longer)
