This fabulous non-alcoholic espresso martini uses Lyre's Spirits Co Coffee Originale and White Cane Spirit plus high-quality espresso from your local coffeehouse for a smooth, almost the real thing, espresso martini...without the hangover.

Ingredients

Espresso Mocktini (Non-Alcoholic)
  • 1 1/2 fl oz Lyre's Coffee Originale
  • 1/2 fl oz Lyre's White Cane Spirit
  • 1 1/2 fl oz premium cold brew or fresh espresso
  • 3 pumps premium vanilla syrup (we used Monin)
Espresso Martini (Alcoholic)
  • 1 1/2 fl oz Kahlua
  • 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
  • 1 1/2 fl oz premium cold brew or fresh espresso
  • 3 pumps premium vanilla syrup (we used Monin)

Instructions

Method
  1. Dry shake all ingredients to create a nice foam
  2. Add ice to shaker; shake to chill
  3. Strain in to glass
Garish
  1. Coffee Bean Float or Shaved Dark Chocolate

Notes

For a lower alcohol option, replace 15 mL of White Cane Spirit with 15 mL white rum or vodka of your choice.
