Spiced Cranberry PalNOma
The ultimate festive holiday mocktail: Spiced Cranberry Paloma Cocktail. Ruby red in color and shaken up with cranberry juice, lime juice, grapefruit juice and AF tequila and a sprinkle of spiced simple syrup. Martha Stewart called...she wants her mocktail back.
Fauxld Fashioned
We think we’re pretty funny with this title, just ask us. But in all seriousness, this is the most requested mocktail from our audience and it does not disappoint. Old Fashioned are basically a food group on a Wisconsin Friday night so we couldn’t ignore the importance of perfecting it as a mocktail.
Mock-a-Rita
Making a mockery of real cocktails is not our intention, but this is so good without the booze, we may just have to break our own rules.
N/A Negroni Sbagliato
Oh stunnin’. All the rage right now because of a sound byte on the internet…but we’re here for it. Our version of the Negroni Sbagliato is equal parts Lyre’s Apertif Rosso, Lyre’s Italian Orange topped with Lyre’s Classico. Add a dehydrated orange garnish and voila!
Espresso Mocktini & Martini
This fabulous non-alcoholic espresso martini uses Lyre's Spirits Co Coffee Originale and White Cane Spirit plus high-quality espresso from your local coffeehouse for a smooth, almost the real thing, espresso martini...without the hangover.
Classic Manhattan
Literally my Grandmother’s drink, the Manhattan is a cocktail made with whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters. It is uncomplicated, classic and reminds you of simpler times.
Basil Hayden Old Fashioned Sour Press Cocktail
An elevated spin on a Wisconsin classic, this Old Fashioned has incredible layers of flavor.
Simple Bloody Mary
Some call it a spiked nutritional breakfast and hangover cure all in one. I call it the BEST Bloody Mary Mix recipe ever made.
The Scofflaw
We love a good prohibition era cocktail and the Scofflaw does not disappoint! Named after the term given to those who clandestinely sipped spirits throughout Prohibition, the Scofflaw debuted in 1924 at Harry’s Bar in Paris.
