Oh stunnin’. All the rage right now because of a sound byte on the internet…but we’re here for it. Our version of the Negroni Sbagliato is equal parts Lyre’s Apertif Rosso, Lyre’s Italian Orange topped with Lyre’s Classico. Add a dehydrated orange garnish and voila!

This fabulous non-alcoholic version of the Negroni Sbagliato is way better than the one with alcohol. Seriously, ask Bridget.

Ingredients

Negroni Sbagliato

• 2 oz Lyre's Apertif Rosso
• 2 oz Lyre's Italian Orange
• 2 oz (plus some) Lyre's Classico Bubbly

Instructions

1. Combine Apertif Rosso and Italian orange over ice in a shaker to chill
2. Strain in to coupe
3. Top with 2 oz Classico (or bubbly of your choice) plus a little more to fill the glass
4. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice
