It's the simple things that make life worth living. If there's a missing shaker of salt it will be found with a sip and a savour of this classic cocktail. Sichuan pepper and saline dreams are at the tip of the tongue…feel free to just waste away.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Shots Lyre's Agave Blanco Spirit
- 1/2 Shots (15mL/ 1/2 Fl Oz) Lyre's Orange Sec
- 1 Shots lime juice
- 1/5 Shots (15mL/ 1/5 Fl Oz) white sugar syrup (1:1)
- 1 dash orange bitters (optional)

- Salt rim of glass
- Combine ingredients and shake with ice
- Strain in to margarita glass over ice or straight up
- Garnish with lime wedge.
